The conference will be held in the Mackenzie/Champlain Room on the hotel’s third floor, and the industry partner showroom will be in Mayfair/Laurier adjacent to the meeting room.

Hotel Guest Parking Information:

Guests staying overnight have the option to pay a $35 overnight charge added to their room—vehicles need to be registered upon arrival to avoid any tickets. Attendees only—pay directly at the parking meter.

Two Parking lot options available. Both are accessible from 102 Street in front of the main hotel entrance. Edmonton City Centre West Parkade – On “west” side of 102 Street (Max height 6’2” (1.88m)) or 102nd Street Parkade – On “east” side of 102 Street (Max height 8’6” (2.57m) on L1 and 6’6” (1.98m) L2-L7) Bicycle parking L2 Green vehicle charging stations L1 & L2

$35/day plus tax are charged to the guest hotel account upon arrival. Guests must register their license plate immediately when they check-in. Parking is valid until 4pm the day of departure.

Valet parking is not available. The hotel is not responsible for tickets issued to guests who provide the wrong license plate information or do not register their vehicle upon check in. If guests choose to pay at the machine in the parkade they are responsible for the timing. The hotel cannot be responsible for any tickets received when the guest does not register and pay through the hotel. These lots are not secured or owned by the hotel and the hotel is not responsible for damage or theft. Guests must exit the parkade through the main level onto 102 Street to access the hotel main entrance. The hotel cannot register vehicles by the hour. Once a plate is entered the hotel is charged a full day.
